Why we built this
“On 20 September 2026, the WhatsApp number of our phone credit shop was permanently banned. For years we had sent receipts to customers the usual way, and we lost every contact overnight.”
After that we moved to the official platform and learned the rules from scratch. It turned out many small businesses go through the same thing, but they don’t know an official route exists, or they know but are put off by the cost and the technical work. We built kitasapa so small businesses can use the official route without handling the technical side themselves.
- Our shop’s number is permanently bannedCustomer contacts and chat history are gone overnight.
- We move to the official route, and kitasapa startsWe learn the WhatsApp Business Platform rules from scratch and turn them into a service.
- Early accessOpening step by step with our first customers, with help until everything runs.
Features
From the first chat to a finished order, on one screen
Built around daily work: replying to chats, sending receipts, and reminding customers.
Early access kitasapa has just opened. We switch these features on step by step with our first customers, and we tell you each time a new one goes live.
Sample inbox: four chats with labels and owners, and one new chat assigned straight to a team member.
Sample auto-reply outside a food stall’s opening hours, then the customer picks from the bot menu and gets the price list right away.
Sample salon: a booking confirmation is sent, a day-before reminder with Confirm and Reschedule buttons follows, the customer taps Confirm, and the appointment is marked as confirmed.
Siti Maemunah
Sample scheduled broadcast to a label of customers who agreed to promos, with counts for sent, read, replied, and opted out; customer replies land in the team inbox.
Sample store website with a kitasapa chat button in the corner, a short kitasapa.com/c/ link with clicks counted by source, and chats shared in turn among staff.

Fits your business
Menus that match your business type
A repair shop doesn’t need a restaurant menu, and a school doesn’t need a shopping cart. Pick your business type, and kitasapa sets up the right menus and names.
Online stores & sellers
fashion, resellers, cosmetics
- Price catalog answered automatically
- Order receipts with buttons
- Promos to opted-in customers, by label
The dashboard only shows the menus you use, with names that fit your business. Try it yourself with sample data, no sign-up needed.
See the store dashboardBusiness names, customers, and prices here are made-up samples, not our customers. Messages you send first (receipts, reminders, announcements) use templates approved by Meta. Meta sets their category, and the fee follows the official rates.
Don’t see your business? Ask us on WhatsApp first, and we’ll check whether it fits.
OTP codes
Login codes for your app, through the official route.
For businesses with an app or an online store. Verification codes are sent from your own business number, and customers just tap Copy code.
- Stuck on “Waiting for this message”The message can only be opened once the sender’s phone is online. If the code is sent from a phone or a regular WhatsApp session that is switched off, the customer only sees this line.
- Late OTP, so the customer asks againEvery resend costs money, and the customer may already be gone.
- Unofficial WhatsApp toolsThey break WhatsApp’s terms. The sending number can be limited or banned.
- Does not depend on an admin’s phoneCodes are sent through the WhatsApp Cloud API hosted by Meta, not from a phone or a WhatsApp session on an admin’s computer.
- Authentication categorySent as an official verification code template. Meta’s per-user limits apply to marketing messages; OTPs have their own category.
- Copy code or one tapA Copy code button, or one-tap autofill for Android apps.
- Status sent back to your systemSent, delivered, read, or failed, reported through a signed webhook, so your app knows when to offer a resend.
- Your team can’t read the codesIn the kitasapa inbox, the code is masked. Your team does not see customers’ codes.
For recipients in Indonesia, each code costs Rp 356.65: Meta’s official authentication rate for Indonesia (from 1 Oct 2026, excluding VAT), paid directly to Meta. For other countries, see Meta’s pricing page. Switched on by request, and we help until it is connected.

FAQ
Common questions
How is this different from the regular WhatsApp Business app?
The app runs on one phone and is not built for broadcasts. kitasapa uses the WhatsApp Business Platform, the official route for businesses: your team can reply to chats together, formatted messages can go to many customers, and you can see your number’s quality rating.
Do you guarantee my number will never be banned?
No one can guarantee that, including us. What we give you: clear rules, a quality rating you can watch, an alert as soon as it drops, and help fixing how you send messages.
How is kitasapa different from WA blast apps?
Many blast apps send through WhatsApp Web: they rotate senders, shuffle the wording to dodge detection, and scrape numbers from groups. That breaks WhatsApp’s rules, and it is exactly what gets numbers banned. kitasapa only uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform: promo messages only go to customers who agreed to receive them, they use templates reviewed by Meta, and anyone who asks to stop is recorded right away. There is no feature to scrape numbers from groups or rotate senders.
The official route is not a shield either: if many recipients block or report your messages, the number can still be limited. The difference is that the rules are public, the quality rating is visible, and you get warnings first. We also show Meta’s message fees openly instead of hiding them behind the word "unlimited".
Why are some services cheaper?
They exist, and it makes sense to compare. Things to check: is that price paid a year upfront, or can you pay monthly? Do the messages go through the official platform or through WhatsApp Web? If it says "send unlimited" without mentioning Meta’s fees, the messages usually go through an unofficial route, or the fees show up later. And if you stop subscribing, who owns the WhatsApp Business account?
With kitasapa: pay monthly with no lock-in contract, every plan has every feature, Meta bills its fees straight to your account according to its official rate card, and the account and number stay yours. All costs are listed in the Pricing section.
I run several businesses or branches. Do I need a plan for each one?
No. One plan covers 1 business on Lite, 2 businesses on Pro, and 4 businesses on Promax. Each business has one WhatsApp number and its own data. The number of user accounts, including the owner account, equals the number of businesses and is shared across all of them: Pro means 2 businesses, 2 numbers, and 2 accounts (you + 1 team member). You log in once and switch businesses from the dashboard without logging in again. Meta’s message fees are still billed to the WhatsApp Business account of each number.
Can I use the number that is already in my WhatsApp Business app?
Yes, and the number stays active on your phone. Your contacts and the last 6 months of chats are copied to kitasapa, so you can reply from your phone or from a computer with your team. You need the latest version of the WhatsApp Business app. Some app features, such as groups and broadcast lists, are not connected. If the number is still on the regular WhatsApp app (not Business), move it to WhatsApp Business first.
Who owns the account and the number?
Your business does. The WhatsApp Business account is created in your business’s name, in your own Meta account. If you ever stop using kitasapa, the account and number stay yours.
How much do messages cost, and who do I pay?
Message fees are set by Meta’s official rate card and depend on the recipient’s country. Since 1 Oct 2026, the first 1,000 chat replies per number each month are free from Meta. For recipients in Indonesia, replies beyond that cost Rp 356.65 per message, receipts and updates Rp 356.65, and promos Rp 586.33 per message, excluding VAT. Rates for other countries are on Meta’s pricing page. Meta charges the card on your own account, not through us. Your kitasapa plan is paid separately. Details are in the Pricing section.
I don’t have a credit card. What can I do?
Message us before you sign up. We are setting up a way to pay message fees without a credit card, and we help early customers one by one.
Is kitasapa part of Meta or WhatsApp?
No. kitasapa is a service of PT Antum Digital Nusantara that runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform. WhatsApp and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
Is my customers’ data safe?
Chat content is only used to run the service, stored on our servers over encrypted connections, and never sold to anyone. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
