Terms of Service
Effective from 21 September 2026, updated 3 October 2026.
This is an English translation for convenience. If there is any difference in meaning, the Indonesian version prevails.
These terms are binding between PT ANTUM DIGITAL NUSANTARA as the provider of the kitasapa service, and you as the subscribing customer.
1. The service
kitasapa provides tools for sending messages to your customers through the WhatsApp Business Platform, together with help registering your number, preparing message formats, and usage support.
kitasapa runs on top of the WhatsApp Business Platform. We are not part of Meta Platforms, Inc. and do not represent it. The platform's availability and rules are determined entirely by Meta, and changes on their side may affect this service.
2. Your obligations
- Send messages only to recipients who are willing to be contacted, for example because they have made a transaction with you or gave you their number themselves.
- Do not send spam, fraud, gambling, illegal drugs, or anything that breaks Indonesian law or WhatsApp's terms.
- Keep your account confidential and tell us immediately if there is any misuse.
- Make sure you are entitled to manage the data you upload.
Breaching any of the above may cause the service to be terminated immediately without a refund, because one sender who breaks the rules can harm all other users.
3. What we do NOT promise
We do not guarantee that your number will be free from restrictions or blocking. The official route makes the rules public and gives staged warnings, but the final decision rests with Meta. If many recipients block or report your messages, your number can still be restricted.
We also do not guarantee that every message will be delivered, because delivery depends on the network, the recipient's device, and Meta's systems.
4. Fees
- Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly (12 months, priced at 10 times the monthly price). The billing option can be changed at any time and applies from the next period.
- The 5-day free trial starts when your WhatsApp number is connected, once per WhatsApp number and per account. During the trial, the kitasapa subscription is not charged; Meta's message fees still apply under Meta's terms. If the first invoice has not been paid by the end of the trial, the service is locked immediately (with no grace period) until the invoice is paid; incoming chats are still kept.
- A number or account that has already used a trial pays the first invoice before connecting the number. The paid subscription period is counted from when your WhatsApp number is connected (after the trial, if any), not from the payment date. A paid subscription remains on hold while the number is not yet connected, including when connection is delayed by issues in your Meta account, and is not refunded. Our team helps with connection by chat.
- Invoices are issued 7 days before the due date. The service keeps running in full until 3 days after the due date; after that, message sending is stopped until the invoice is paid.
- Changing plans mid-period takes effect from the next period, without proration.
- Subscriptions already paid, including yearly subscriptions, are not refunded if you stop mid-period. The service keeps running until the end of the paid period.
- Message fees are not paid to us. Meta charges them directly to the payment method you registered in your WhatsApp Business account, at Meta's official rates. We do not resell, advance, or take a margin on message fees.
- Subscription prices may change with notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Price changes do not affect periods already paid for.
5. Data
Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy. Your customers' data remains yours. If you stop subscribing, you have the right to request a copy of it before it is deleted.
6. Termination
You can stop at any time, and the service runs until the end of the period already paid for. We may terminate the service in case of a breach, overdue payment, or if we stop providing this service, with reasonable notice except for serious breaches.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any loss is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last three months. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses resulting from number restrictions, platform disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. In the event of a dispute, both parties will first seek to resolve it through amicable deliberation (musyawarah).
